Artists, show your art at the Governor’s Main Street Conference!

The Main Street ND Summit provides an opportunity to connect, learn, get inspired, and gain insight to build and grow your community for the future. This year the Summit is being held at the  in Watford City August 28 & 29, 2024.

Artists are invited to show and sell your work during the conference August 28-29  8 am – 5 pm in the lower level of the Rough Rider Center. A $50 deposit is required, but will be reimbursed upon completion of the event.

SETUP
Artists get a 10×10 space to set up. We will provide one 6 ft table and chairs.

Setup Time: August 27: 6 – 9 PM and August 28: 6 am-8 am
Onsite monitors will be in building during setup and building will be secure after 8 PM so you can leave your things safely.

SALES/DETAILS:

Artists can stay with your pieces throughout the event, and Long X Arts will have volunteers manning the art space throughout the event and selling your pieces through our point of sale system so you don’t have to commit to the entire two days. We will settle up sales after the event.

QUICK DRAW

Artists are encouraged to do offer a “Quick Draw/Paint” or art demo at certain points throughout the day (we can schedule according to most traffic) We’ve been informed that during other events these quick draws have been a hit and often times purchased, so name your price.

TAKE DOWN
Artists can come for your work at 5 pm pm the evening of August 29. If that’s not possible, we can help make other arrangements. Information on parking and loading will be available closer to the event.
