Artists and Vendors! Show your art and products at the rodeo!
Rodeo is big in Watford City and the McKenzie County Ag Expo is a great place to take it all in. Artists and vendors, show and sell your work during two evenings of PRCA Bares and Broncs Rodeo Action produced by Smith Pro Rodeos.
Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28
Art and Vendor Show begins at 5 PM in the Exhibit Hall
Rodeo Starts at 7 PM in the Indoor Arena
Expect to stay set up until traffic slows after the rodeo (approximately until 10 pm each night)
FEE
$50 per 10×10 space (Artist/Maker)
$100 per 10×10 space (Vedora/Retailer)
SETUP
Artists get a 10×10 space to set up. We will provide one 6 ft table and chairs.
Setup Time:
Artist can begin setting up their booths by noon on Friday, March 28 in the exhibit hall. More information on setup will be shared closer to the event.
Onsite monitors will be in building during setup and building will be secure/room locked after close on Friday evening so your items will be safe.
Make sure all items for sale are priced
SALES/DETAILS:
Artists and vendors retain all sales and must have valid North Dakota sales tax ID.
QUICK DRAW
Artists are encouraged to do offer a “Quick Draw/Paint” or art demo at certain points throughout the day (we can schedule according to most traffic)
TAKE DOWN
Artists and vendors can expect to stay set up until traffic slows after each rodeo. The room will be secured after the events on Friday night. Saturday artists and vendors can begin taking down your booths when traffic is slowed, but no earlier than 10 pm. Information on parking and loading will be available closer to the event.
