In this deviously delicious Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical, the meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a new breed of plant. Seymour names the new plant “Audrey II”, after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivorous plant promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it, BLOOD. Over time though, Seymour discovers Audrey II’s out of this world origins and intent towards global domination!

ABOUT THE TOUR

Since 1946, the Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre (FMCT) has provided a wide range of performance and educational opportunities to Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, and the surrounding communities. FMCT is the longest-running community arts organization in the Red River Valley Region. Season after season, our organization continues to evolve and grow in our community-minded mission as we position ourselves to create exceptional experiences for many years to come.

Launching in 2022, our Summer Tour program aims to mentor and lend our 75 years of expertise to help communities across our region build programs like FMCT within their own hometowns.

Our summer tour begins with a cast and crew of experienced FMCT artists working on the production in the F-M area. When the show is audience-ready, the cast & crew will hit the road and travel to your community where they will begin to work with the talented and adventurous people among you to produce a great night of entertaining theater!

ABOUT FMCT

Theatre education embraces many aspects of curriculum: English, History, Science, Social Studies, Math, Music, and more. Through stories, character development, problem-solving, peer collaboration and critical thinking, students explore these areas of curriculum in order to creatively exist within the world of a play.

Through programs like “On The Road”, “Silver Follies”, Saturday Education Class sessions as well as Summer Musical Productions and Camps, FMCT is proud to offer exceptional year-round educational programs featuring a variety of classes and performance opportunities for individuals of all ages and experience levels.
