This is a mess free opportunity to get creative\, bringing process art and mindful movement together. \n\nLinda Pitman is the owner of Ataraxis Yoga in Williston. She opened her studio in February 2024 with a focus on all-levels\, accessible yoga classes and providing a space for individuals to connect freely and without judgement.\nClass begins with a discussion about letting go of the need for perfection. Following a brief meditation\, artwork is created as we move through a gentle and fun yoga flow. We close by putting the finishing touches on our creations.
