DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate all things Hygge with complimentary Scandinavian homemade treats\, a free Rosemaling craft for the kids and specials on our coziest items. \n\nHygge (pronounced “hoo-guh”) is a Danish and Norwegian concept embodying a feeling of cozy contentment\, well-being\, and enjoying life’s simple pleasures\, often shared with loved ones\, through creating a warm atmosphere with soft lighting\, good food\, and togetherness. It’s a quality of comfort\, intimacy\, and presence\, finding joy in everyday moments rather than grand gestures\, fostering connection and a sense of security. \n\nPLUS: Sign up to take part in a Rosemaling workshop with Bismarck based folk artist Molly McClean at 2 pm.Molly will guide you through the techniques used create a unique rosemaling wooden plaque.\nAll supplies will be included and guests will be able to practice on tracing paper before committing to their design in order to ensure a beautiful outcome.\nRosemaling originated in Norway and is a Scandinavian peasant style that consists especially of floral designs and inscriptions\, typically on wooden furniture or decor.\n$35 per personSpace is limited\, pre-register here:
